Another highly successful expedition, with all twelve participants summiting on both Mt Meru and Kilimanjaro in a great team effort. Team members were rewarded with views into Kenya on summit day, after inclement weather on the approach slopes. Highlights included seeing Colombus and Blue monkeys in the rainforest and giraffe, warthog and water buffalo on the slopes of Mt Meru. The discovery of locally brewed banana beer and the tipple "Hakuna Matata" was the highlight for many participants.« | »
