In 2023 we had such a great trip that Mountain Guide, Jim Blyth is excited to return in 2024 with an improved programme. Other than when carpeted with spring flowers the mountains of Kyrgyzstan are arguably at their most beautiful during the crisp, cold, sunny winter days. The aim is to ski in three different areas and to see something of this small country of vast landscapes. We will visit the capital city Bishkek and Osh in the Fergana Valley. Travel will be by the usual mix of buses, trucks and old Russian vehicles. We may use horses to carry our stuff to the yurts.
