Ama Dablam
The South West Ridge of Ama Dablam is a beautiful route, on mainly good rock, with sections of mixed climbing and a snowy finale. We go in the late autumn season, when typically there are fewer people on the mountain and the weather is cold but stable. To date (2023) we have organised 19 expeditions to Ama Dablam.

NepalIntroduction
Nepal is the centrepiece of our worldwide mountain activities. The high mountains of the Nepalese Himalaya draw climbers and trekkers from all over the world. Jagged Globe was one of the first organisations to pioneer expeditions to what are now the popular trekking peaks of Mera Peak and Island Peak. Whilst we continue to climb these each year, we are always exploring new possibilities and in recent years have organised expeditions to lesser-known peaks such as Himlung Himal, Kyajo Ri and Cholatse. On the trekking front, we offer the classic treks, but always with a twist. Our Everest Base Camp Trek is longer than most, our Everest 3 Peaks 3 Passes trek is a unique itinerary and from the Dhaulagiri Circuit, we offer an ascent of the non-technical 6,000m summit, Dhamphus Peak, something no-one else does. Our treks are well-planned, organised and supported and our local staff are some of the best in Nepal.
