Here is the team climbing out of Camp 1 earlier this week, en route to Camp 2 (7,150m) where they spent the night as part of their acclimatisation process.

Leader, Robert Anderson said today:
"We are all in good shape here. We had an Oxygen class this morning and the weather has finally turned. There's still deep snow up high so we're waiting for a bit of consolidation. The Sherpas are heading up tomorrow to fix ropes high by 26 September. We're then looking to the 29/30 September for summit bids..."
