Lhakpa Ri update
Alex Langdon writes from Everest Base Camp on the north side of the mountain:
"All going well at BC. It's been really windy, but dry and sunny with constantly incredible views of Everest. We had a 5-hour round trip to the Rongbuk Monastery yesterday... hard work on the return trip to base camp. Today we've been practicing fixed lines and Portable Altitude Chamber (PAC) bag and oxygen. Everyone is over their bugs and enjoying being where we are... we've even done some washing today :-)"
