Cholatse summit day report
Matt has sent this update:
"On the 4th Nov the team summited Cholatse in cold but perfect conditions. With the threat of high winds from 5th/6th onward we opted for an early summit push. Starting out at 2am we enjoyed very exposed climbing in a fantastic setting. Alan was first to reach the summit with Rinji at 7am, followed by myself and Hanna at 8am. Arie and Bhote summited at 8.30am. Mike reached a high point on the summit ridge of approx 6270m before turning back. A great effort by all. Massive thanks to the Sherpa team led by Pem Chirri."
