Expedition leader, Simon Edwards, has sent this message:

"The team have arrived at Island Peak base camp today (22 October). All are doing well with no issues. We will have an acclimatisation day tomorrow, before moving to high camp on Thursday. So, we are on schedule to summit on Friday. It is a strong team!"
