100% on Mount Ararat

SUMMIT

Congratulations to all 8 members of our team who summited Mount Ararat in Turkey today (see photo above).

They've spend the past week in Turkey, acclimatising on Mount Artos (3,550m), before travelling to Dogubeyazit at the base of Ararat. On the mountain they used two camps. Summit day was cold, but with good snow conditions underfoot for the 1000m climb to the top.
