Matterhorn Summit - 3 Aug to 10 Aug '19

Yesterday we finished a very successful Matterhorn week. I did first 3 days with Rob and Bruce around Chamonix and Torino hut. Tina joined us for the Matterhorn climb. Approach to Hornli hut on Wednesday was in bad weather and slightly longer because lift up to Schwarzsee was closed due strong wind. Summit ascent on Thursday was very unusual because it was very snowy and very quiet. We were only 4 teams on the top at that day. Later start from Hornli Hut then usually was good idea, because we had tough conditions and day light all the time. Dinner and beer in Schwarzsee at the and of the day were well deserved.
