Sunday to Sunday, 6 full days skiing

Introduction

A wonderful journey through the magnificent mountain landscape of the Dolomites. Starting at Passo Rolle we will enjoy six days of touring with an emphasis on the down. We will use the ski lifts when appropriate and taxi transfers where necessary. There is an opportunity to ski several peaks and we can look forward to the warmth and comfort of some of the most hospitable huts in the Alps. Jim Blyth IFMGA will be leading this tour with friend and local expert Francesco Tremolada IFMGA.

Outline Programme

Day 1:	Leave home and travel to Passo Rolle (1,972m). Evening briefing, dinner and off to bed.
Day 2 - 7:	Ski traverse of the Dolomites - please contact us for the day-to-day itinerary.
Day 8:	Depart for home.

Pre-Course Skiing Ability

Grade: 10C [ Ski Grading ]
For successful participation on this tour you should be a fit, confident off-piste skier at ease on slopes to 35° and on all snow types. You need to have some ski touring experience.

What the price includes

• Guide's fees and expenses. Ratio 1:6 maximum
• Accommodation on a twin share B & B basis for valley nights and half board when in mountain huts.
• Taxi transfers for us and for our luggage when required.

Travel & Venue

The website www.altabadia.org will help you decide the best way to reach Passo Rolle. The closest major airports to Passo Rolle are Innsbruck, Verona and Venice. We will try to help coordinate flight arrivals and departures so that you may share a minibus taxi. If you fly to Verona Jim Blyth will also be able to meet you and drive you to Passo Rolle.
