The Tatra Mountains

Introduction

Having enjoyed a superb week in the Polish Tatras in 2023, next year's plan is to explore the Slovak side. We will be skiing the impressive peaks of the High Tatras and in the Nizke Tatry, the Low Tatras. Polish mountain guide Helena will be skiing with us again. Helena has been guiding in the Slovak mountains for years and knows them well.

The easiest and cheapest place to fly to is Budapest in Hungary. We will therefore take a little time to visit the city and we will also put down a few turns in Hungary on our way to Slovakia.
