Lungser Kangri 6,662m - updated report and photos

Expediton leader, Neal Short, is so enthusiastic about Lungser Kangri in Northern India that he's added a raft of new images to his 2012 Trip Report. At 6,662m Lungser Kangri is a big, though peak, but it's a technically easy one, similar in difficulty to Mera Peak in Nepal. With a brilliant acclimatisation trek through the Markha Valley, this trip should be on the wish list of anyone who wants to climb a 6,000er in a remote and spectacular part of the Himalaya. Neal has also added a couple of Google Earth images, which show the route on the mountain. There are places available on both our expeditions this coming summer, during July and early August.
